Delivery Times

While we aim to dispatch orders on the same day (if placed before 10 am), during peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly delayed. All delivery estimates are provided in “working days” and do not include weekends, bank holidays, or festive holidays such as Enid.

Duties & Taxes

Our prices do not include import/export costs, customs duties, or taxes. UK orders are exempt from these charges, but international orders may incur additional fees based on local regulations.

Please note that selecting an alternate delivery location (e.g., a porch or safe place) places the responsibility for any loss or theft on the recipient.

Undelivered Parcels

Please let us know within 3 working days of dispatch if any items are missing, incorrect, or undelivered. Claims after this period may not be accepted.
