Returns & Refunds Policy
- How to Request a Return:
To initiate a return, please use our Returns Portal. - Refund Eligibility:
- You must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.
- Refunds will cover the product cost only, excluding any shipping fees.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, in which case we will cover the return cost in line with statutory rights.
- Defective Items:
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 3 business days of receiving it.
- Items must be unused and in their original state. Returns due to wear or damage after use will not be accepted.
- Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Personalized items, pre-orders, made-to-order, damaged or dirty items and those marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
- Refund Timeline:
We will process refunds within 14 days after receiving the returned goods. - Effect on Free Delivery Offer:
- If a return reduces your order total below the “Free Delivery” threshold, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

- Exchanges:
For exchanges, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product. - Cancellation Policy:
- We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed as we aim to ship items promptly.
- A 10% cancellation fee applies if the cancellation is successful (custom or pre-order items are excluded).
- Returning Products:
- Returns can be sent via any tracked courier service at the customer’s expense.
