Returns & Refunds Policy

  1. How to Request a Return:
    To initiate a return, please use our Returns Portal.
  2. Refund Eligibility:
  • You must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.
  • Refunds will cover the product cost only, excluding any shipping fees.
  1. Return Shipping Costs:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, in which case we will cover the return cost in line with statutory rights.
  1. Defective Items:
  • If a product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 3 business days of receiving it.
  • Items must be unused and in their original state. Returns due to wear or damage after use will not be accepted.
  1. Items Not Eligible for Return:
  • Personalized items, pre-orders, made-to-order, damaged or dirty items and those marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
  1. Refund Timeline:
    We will process refunds within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
  2. Effect on Free Delivery Offer:
  • If a return reduces your order total below the “Free Delivery” threshold, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
    (Standard: £4.50)
  1. Exchanges:
    For exchanges, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.
  2. Cancellation Policy:
  • We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed as we aim to ship items promptly.
  • A 10% cancellation fee applies if the cancellation is successful (custom or pre-order items are excluded).
  1. Returning Products:
  • Returns can be sent via any tracked courier service at the customer’s expense.
