We kindly ask that you read these terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with any orders. By accessing or using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

Product Information

We strive to present the colors of our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, the colors you see on your screen may vary depending on your screen settings. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your monitor will perfectly match the actual product upon delivery.

Due to the unique nature of handcrafted items, slight variations may occur compared to the images shown. YB Fashion reserves the right to make changes to individual product components.

All sizes and measurements provided are approximate, though we make every effort to ensure their accuracy.

We aim to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices on the website are correct at the time of entry into the system. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders if there are errors in the published product information, including prices and promotions.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice and include VAT where applicable in the UK or the Republic of Ireland. Product availability may vary, and in the event that an item is out of stock after your order is placed but before it is accepted, we will notify you promptly, and you will not be charged for the out-of-stock items.

Our online store is regularly updated, and occasionally, promotions may be available in our physical stores that are not reflected online, or vice versa. Certain online promotions may not be available in specific regions.

Pricing and Payment Options

We accept online payments via Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in both British Pounds (GBP) and United States Dollars (USD).

All prices include applicable UK or Irish VAT at the current rates and are accurate at the time the information is entered into our system. The total cost of your order consists of the price of the products purchased plus any applicable delivery charges.

For your security, the billing name and address must match those on the credit/debit card used for the payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation Policy

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day you receive the goods. However, this right does not apply to certain items, such as personalized products, perishable goods, and opened audio, video, or computer software. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing within the 7-day period, starting from the day after you receive the goods.

Please note that we do not offer a free returns service.

You must take reasonable care of the goods and return them to us promptly. We will not consider the goods to have been cared for adequately if they have been used beyond what would be reasonable for inspecting them in a shop.

Specially commissioned or made-to-order garments can only be canceled within five days of placing the order due to the nature of the work and preparation involved. We cannot offer refunds or cancellations after this period. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

We retain legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made and received. If we issue a refund, legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us.

Accuracy

We strive to ensure the accuracy of color reproduction; however, actual colors may vary based on your monitor, software, or printer settings. None of the materials on our website should be considered definitive statements or representations of fact. All images, illustrations, and descriptions of products are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, reliability, completeness, performance, fitness for purpose, virus-free content, or timeliness of the information or services on our website. While we endeavor to keep our website reliable and accessible at all times, the internet is not inherently stable, and errors, omissions, service interruptions, and delays may occur. We take reasonable care to ensure that all materials on our website are accurate and up-to-date at the time of posting, but we cannot guarantee this.

Fabrics & Embroidery

Many of our products feature hand embroidery, making them delicate and fragile. Occasionally, beads may become dislodged; this is not considered a defect but rather a characteristic of the craftsmanship. These garments should be worn with care and are intended for special occasions.

Most fabrics used in our items are made from 100% Polyester.

Variations in patterns may occur due to individual dyeing techniques.

For the initial wash, please opt for ‘Dry Clean’ only. Heavily embroidered items must be dry cleaned. More casual garments should be washed separately in cold water and thoroughly rinsed. Note that due to the hand dyeing methods employed, color consistency is not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to your garments resulting from failure to adhere to the provided washing instructions.

For clothing with embossed or rubber prints, please iron them inside out.

Displacement of sequins, beads, or embroidery cannot be classified as defects, as they result from the nature of the craftsmanship. In such instances, postage cannot be claimed for exchanges or refunds.

While we aim to provide comprehensive care instructions for each garment, the above guidelines should serve as general advice. When in doubt, opt for dry cleaning.

Some outfits may have a faint paraffin odor due to the dry cleaning process used after embroidery. This smell will dissipate once the garment is unpacked.

If the packaging is damaged or opened upon delivery, you must reject the parcel and return it to the courier. If you open the package, please check the items in front of the courier and report any damage or missing items immediately. In the event of damage to the goods, contact our Customer Service team at +447769446090. You will need to provide any receipts or documentation related to the goods, along with the original packaging in case of a damage claim. We will repair or replace any goods damaged or lost in transit, provided that you notify us in writing about the damage within 3 days of the delivery date or about the loss within 3 days of the anticipated delivery date given when you placed your order, for us to comply with our carrier’s conditions of carriage.

Refunds will not be issued for products damaged due to customer misuse or neglect.

General

No order is binding for either you or Ybfashion until we have accepted it. You will take ownership of the items we supply once they are handed over to the postal service or our carriers, or upon full payment of the item price and any delivery charges, whichever occurs later. These terms and conditions cannot be modified unless agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties.

Postage Charges

  • A delivery charge of £4.50 applies to orders in England, Wales, and parts of Scotland.

Stock Availability

  • Ybfashion may not have all items in stock. They will contact customers if issues arise; if they cannot reach the customer, a refund may be processed.

Sales Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for sale items, but a delivery charge of £4.50 will apply.

Measurements

  • Measurements are approximate due to hand production, and sizes may vary.

Non-Transferable Rights

  • The right to use the service is non-transferable and subject to credit card limits.

Resale Policy

  • Items are sold at wholesale prices and are not available for resale.

Right to Refuse Service

  • Ybfashion reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

Risk

  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery; Ybfashion is not liable for delayed delivery caused by third parties.

Statutory Rights

  • Returns and exchanges do not affect customers’ statutory rights.

Indemnity

  • Customers agree to indemnify Ybfashion against claims arising from breaches of these terms.

Returns Policy

  • Items must be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days. Returns must be sent via recorded delivery, and postage costs are non-refundable unless statutory rights apply.

Delivery Deadlines

  • Delivery times depend on the address and stock availability. Ybfashion is not liable for late deliveries under certain conditions.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days and will be issued to the original payment method.
