Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be processed within 5 – 7 Days, excluding weekends and public holidays. The time stated is based on UK Time.

Once ready, your order should reach you within approximately 5-7 business days for nationwide deliveries.

Our logistics partners and affiliates stipulate the time frame for all international deliveries.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website to track your order’s progress.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

Payments

We only accept payments Via Master Card, and Visa Card.

We also accept various payment methods including  PayPal and other secure payment options.

Our e-commerce website has been designed using stringent security protocols to protect your personal information.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items in their original condition for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns page and fill out the return request form. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. In such cases, we will cover the shipping fees. For more detail please visit Payment Information

Yes, we allow exchanges for different sizes or colors, depending on availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate that on the return form.

Certain items, such as final sale items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
